The Brief for Aitheria Partners

Aitheria Partners was engaged to:

Design and deliver a bespoke AI Envisioning workshop for EI Electronics' leadership team, raising awareness of artificial intelligence capabilities aligned with the organisation's activities and strategic objectives.

​

Develop a comprehensive AI governance framework, including an organisation-wide policy and risk management approach, to facilitate the structured adoption of artificial intelligence across EI Electronics' operations.

Bespoke AI Training, Governance and Risk Management
